Business Days + Holidays

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays (e.g., Lunar New Year, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day).

Thank you for your patience. Shipping may take longer than usual due to high demand, and we are working quickly to fulfill all orders.


International Orders

For international shipments, processing and shipping generally take 7–14 business days.
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1–3 business days to process and pack.

For expedited or overnight shipping, orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST, Monday through Friday, will typically ship the same day.
Orders placed after this time or on weekends may be processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be delayed.


Expedited Shipping Processing Times

If you select expedited or overnight shipping, your order will typically ship the same day if placed before 12:00 PM AEST, Monday–Friday.
Orders placed after that time or on weekends may be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders placed during high-order-volume periods may experience delays in overall processing times.


Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import fees upon receipt, as all orders are currently shipped from Australia and Taiwan.

All import duties, customs charges, taxes, and administrative fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer when ordering for delivery outside of Australia and Taiwan.

These costs cannot be predicted and are outside of our control.


Shipments to Forwarding Companies

Please note that if you choose to ship your order to a package forwarding company, OLLOVELIES will not be liable for any damage, defects, or loss that may occur.
We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for items reported as missing or damaged if we believe they were delivered to one of these locations.
