Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

(7 days for customers in Taiwan, in accordance with local regulations).


Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.


Original shipping fees are non-refundable.



Return Shipping Costs

For customers outside of Taiwan, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For customers in Taiwan, return shipping will be handled in accordance with local consumer protection regulations.



Exchanges


Please note that one exchange is allowed per original order.


For exchanges:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping of the original item.

Any additional shipping fees for sending the exchanged item will be charged separately.

Hygiene Products


Due to hygiene reasons, oral care and personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
